the staff seem pleasant and helpful. The ward is clean, but my niece,who we were visiting,is gluten intolerant and lactose intolerant. That rather limits her diet and more choice would be good she says. She has been prevented from charging her phone in the ward, so provision of PAT tested chargers for common phone types would be helpful.

Some of the staff seemed a little unhappy. Some have been very nice and helpful though. However, this is a bit of a stupid survey. If a friend or family member have heart problems, what other option would they have? Go to our local hospital or go further away?
